The school administration consists of five academic sections – the Kindergarten, Primary, Middle, High and Higher Secondary. These sections are operated under independent administrative council members accountable to the Correspondent and the Principal. The school recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu follows the State curriculum. It is a co- educational institution. Admission is open to all the students irrespective of caste, creed, religion or nationality. The school has produced hundred percent pass results consecutively in the Board Examinations. The school has set a bench mark, as a producer of three State Ranks in the year 2005 – 2006, one State Rank in 2013-2014 and nine State Ranks in 2014-2015 . To facilitate easy learning in a play-way method, the K.G section is furnished with lots of toys and provisions for Games. A park is also set up to enable the kids enjoy outdoor games. The school takes care of all the students by paying individual attention. From U.K.G. onwards, Cursive Handwriting is given priority for all the students. In-service programme is conducted for the professional growth of the teachers. Integrated Education for the Disabled Children has been started in our school for the first time in Tamil Nadu to provide English medium education to the Visually-Challenged children.

The understanding between these children and the normal students stands a testimony to solidarity our school aims at. The school has full-fledged laboratories. Physics, Chemistry and Biology well-equipped with the latest apparatuses cater to the need of the students. Separate Computer labs are provided for Primary, Middle, High & Higher Secondary to develop the computing skills. Our library named after Dr Ikeda, the mentor of our correspondent houses Reference books, Story Books, Magazines and Newspapers. Students avail books from the library to enrich their knowledge. Sethu Bhaskara conducts a DRT (Daily Revision Test) for the continuous, comprehensive evaluation of the students. Mid-term Tests and Terminal Exams are conducted to assess the performance periodically. The Parents-Teachers meeting is conducted to keep a track of students’ upward mobility in their learning process. Awards in the form of 100% Scholarship and 50% Scholarship for 1st and 2nd Toppers of every standard from Class LKG to 9 and 11th std are given.

General Rules & Regulations


1. Pupils must be inside the school premises ten minutes before the first bell at 8.25 am, or corrective measure is taken against the late-comers/absentees.

2. Conversing only in English inside the campus is mandatory.

3. Hand Book has to be brought daily.

4. Pupils should not stay away from the school without any valid reason. Leave Letter should be produced on the same day of his/her leave before 3.00 p.m. or the day before.

5. The students being absent consecutively for 6 days are bound to be re-admitted. Students from X to XII are debarred from taking Board Examinations in case of their irregularity.

6. One day, 2-4 days and more than 4 days leave will be sanctioned by the Class Teacher, The HMs and the Principal respectively.

7. Pupils must not wear jewels or any other ornaments to school.

8. Lunch has to be brought or canteen facility can be availed.

9. Students whose conduct fall short of school standards are dismissed.

10. Students should not leave the School during the School hours without a Gate Pass from the Principal/H.M.s concerned.

11. Punity measures are taken against vandalists.

EXAMINATION RULES


Eligibility
Students can take the exams with the minimum attendance of 80% and the clearance of fee.

Conduct
Any attempt of malpractice results in penalization of Rs. 500-. No plea is accepted.

Promotion
Promotion to the senior class is strictly based on the norms set by the management. No special examination/test will be conducted for the absentees.

Stationery
Students are provided with answer sheets for both Mid Term Tests and Terminal Examinations.

WITHDRAWALS


1. Pupils dropping out the school in the middle of a term are liable to pay the fee for the full term.
2. Transfer Certificate will be issued on receipt of a written application from the parent/guardian of the pupil, with a fee of 100/-.
3. Application for Transfer Certificate should be submitted on or before 30" of March.
